Terms of Service
• Prices subject to change without notice due to market conditions
• Special pricing on large volume orders
• All orders require a $250 minimum.
• Orders below the minimum are subject to a below minimum charge unless waived by management.
• Orders are subject to credit approval
• Payment for all orders are NET 30 days. American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payments
made within the 30 day terms. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
Returns Policy
• Unopened cases qualify for return and credit.
• All returns shall be shipped pre-paid.
• Defective merchandise, noted at the time of receipt, will be replaced or will receive 100% credit.
• Shipping error will receive 100% credit.
• Items returned require a pre-authorization RMA and will be credited at the following rates:
• Returned within 75 days, 80% credit.
• Returned within 150 days, 50% credit.
• Items must be unopened and suitable for resale.
• Items that are unsuitable for resale will not receive credit.
